Joint pain is common problem in today life. This is caused also lack
of physical exercise. The citizen of city getting much effected from
such disease because the part of physical activity almost zero in their
life. Walking five kilometers on foot does not complete in a day. And
when walking two to three kilometers on a day, the joint getting pain
starts. This is common problem with every citizen of city. Because your
foot space is occupied by either motorcycle or four wheeler. And today
it is impossible to see a bicycle on the streets. When cycling was done
exercising the feet, very few people could hear knee pain. Today, almost
every house has one patient of joint pain.

◆ Reason Behind Joint Pain- This is depend on your age group
actually. If you are getting joint pain in the age group of 20 to 40,
than the reason of joint pain is gas which produced by your stomach due
to imbalance digestive system. And if you are getting joint pain in the
age group after 40 or above, than the reason of joint pain is
osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is defined as the weakness of bones due to
marrow reduction between bone joint. A marrow in between bone joints
like a liquid which provides smoothness between two bones and protect
from surface contact of bones. This marrow is decrease as the age factor
rise.
◆ How To Remove Your Joint Pain- The Treatment of Ayurvedic
remedy is also depends on your age factor. In Ayurveda, If you are
getting joint pain due to gas problem; for that you should have take
warm water in every time. The warm water is work for spread the gas in
your stomach and pass out through your body. If you are over forty age
group and suffering from joint pain problem due to marrow problem; for
that you should have change your diet and also involve some other
natural ingredients in your diet. I will include here only the remedy
which is experiment proof and scientifically certified. Ayurved remedy
is result oriented remedy and once it cure, you will never got effected

◆ What should do in joint pain:- Before suggesting a natural
ingredients, I should have suggest some precautions during the joint
pain in your body. There are the following precautions for joint pain-
● You should have massage in particular area.
● The massage oil should be sesame oil.
● After massage joint should be closed by cloth.
● This process should be done until you are under the Ayurveda remedy.
Let's go to ingredients section, to know about the natural ingredients
which are easily available in nature. But here I should classifieds the
ingredients according to age group, because this problem is in younger
as well as old age citizen.
◆ Age group of 20 to 40- In this age group peoples which are
affected by joint pain, generally suffering from gas problem. And if you
are not suffering from gas; although you have joint pain in this age
group, than you should have go to second method of treatment which is
applicable for above 40 age group. But if you are suffering from gas
problem & joint pain at the same time; I will suggest to you, do
treatment of gas problem first. How to cure the gas problem ? Take the
Green Gooseberry and remove its seed from the Gooseberry and dry it in
sun light naturally, after well dry make the powder of these dry
Gooseberry and store in container. Take the one tea spoon Gooseberry
Powder with one liter warm water in every morning. Stomach should be
empty before taking the Gooseberry powder. Diet should be limited and
proper during the remedy days.
◆ Age group of 40 above- In this age group joint suffering from
osteoporosis due to reduction of bone marrow between joint spaces. This
is not serious problem if you following my suggest remedy and above
given precautions. General Doctors suggest knee/elbow replacement in
this situation but Ayurveda can remove your joint pain without any
surgery or replacement. Just follow me and buy the following things
are-
● Pure Milk (शुद्ध दूध)
● Raw Turmeric Knot (कच्ची हल्दी की गाँठे)
● Black Gram (काला चना)
● Fenugreek seeds (मेथी दाना)

The above ingredients should be pure form. Let's go to remedy of above
following four things. Take the 100 grams of Black Gram & 50 gram
Fenugreek seeds. Soak it in water. The ingredients should be deep in
water at fully saturation condition and half liter water should be
extra. This process will done at night time. On empty stomach in the
early morning you will drink all the water in which the ingredients was
immersed. And after that you have to chew & eat all those seeds.
This process will be done in every morning with empty stomach. Second,
include milk in your diet. But while heating the milk, put a small lump
of raw turmeric in it. There should be about 150 grams to 200 grams of
turmeric knot in one liter of milk. Take the one glass such milk in
morning time after the breakfast and one glass in night time before the
sleeping.
