1. Get a top level domain.

If you want an AdSense approved site then you must have a top level domain for your blog. There are a few free domains such as .tk, .ml, .ga, .gq, etc you should never try these types of domain if you are serious about your AdSense approved site. Google always want to show their advertisement in a site which is look like a professional site, so if you want your AdSense approval, ignore these free domains. You can try blogger native domain like yourdomain.blogspot.com the fact in this case is you must wait for a few months or maybe a year to get approval form Google.

2. Template/Theme

Theme is a most important thing for a blog, you should always prefer responsive template, because a clean template helps your audience to get the right things what they are looking for. Your blog can run better if you keep light background and light dark text color, as an example - you may noticed the color of Facebook or Twitter or other site when you visit their website, so keep your blog clear as much as you can. 4. Pages

The pages are one of the most important part of a blog, if you are trying to show advertisement to your audience that means you are collecting their data which can go against of law, so it's better make pages. 5. Traffic

Traffic/Audience is a part of your blog. think, if you don't have enough traffic then why Google should approve your application? So gain traffic, find their interest to make attraction in your blog. In case Google is not going to give you approval if your blog doesn't have enough traffic. So be careful before you apply.
